A note for birth centers, OB practices, and midwifery in Las Vegas: to our knowledge, very few instructors in the valley bring NRP Megacode to non-hospital settings. We’re one of them. If your team has been told NRP is hard to schedule on-site, that’s why. We can usually fit you in within 1–2 weeks.
Who books on-site training
Clinical & outpatient facilities. Ambulatory surgery centers, dialysis clinics, IVF and fertility groups, urgent cares, infusion centers. Usually BLS Provider + ACLS for clinical staff. Closing for half a day to certify the whole team is cheaper than losing five staff to five separate classes over a month.
Birth centers, OB, and midwifery. Birthing centers, midwifery groups, OB practices, postpartum and newborn home-care teams. Usually NRP Megacode (and BLS Provider). Each clinician completes the AAP online module on their own time; we bring the simulation equipment and run the Megacode at your space.
EMS, transport, and first responders. EMS agencies, critical-care transport teams, fire department training divisions, neonatal and pediatric transport. Usually BLS, ACLS, and PALS on a rolling 2-year cycle. Sessions scheduled around shift change; mixed cohorts (renewers and new providers) handled in the same room.
What’s included
We bring everything: manikins (adult / child / infant / neonatal), training AEDs and defibrillators, BVMs and skills equipment, NRP simulation supplies (neonatal manikin, UVC trainer), ACLS/PALS Megacode supplies, course materials, and same-day eCard issuance (AHA for BLS/ACLS/PALS, AAP for NRP). You provide one room with enough floor space for 4–6 people to do compressions and a flat surface for the simulation station. We’ve taught in break rooms and converted waiting rooms.
Pricing. Per-student rate matches our public classes (see Courses). No travel surcharge within 25 miles of Las Vegas, no equipment fee. Minimum 4 students. No maximum. For larger teams we schedule multiple back-to-back skills sessions in one day or spread them across days. Outside the 25-mile radius (Boulder City, Pahrump, Mesquite), a travel charge applies. We’ll quote it. For ACLS/PALS/NRP, each student also completes their online module on their own time (AHA Heartcode via shopcpr.heart.org; AAP NRP via the NRP Learning Platform); those costs are paid directly to AHA/AAP.
Common questions
How fast can you schedule us?
For groups of 4+, usually within 1–2 weeks. Weekend and evening availability is real.
Do you require payment up front or invoice?
Either. For established organizations (agencies, larger practices), we invoice via Bill.com. Payment terms are negotiated when we book. For smaller groups, payment at booking via Stripe.
Do you offer recurring renewals?
Yes. Set up a standing schedule and we’ll lock in dates 6–12 months out. Useful for clinical teams who recertify on a rolling cycle.
What if some of our staff already have current cards?
Tell us. We won’t include them in the headcount. Or we can run mixed cohorts: current-card students refresh skills, full-cert students get the complete curriculum.
We're a birth center or OB practice. Do you bring NRP equipment?
Yes: neonatal manikin, UVC trainer, all the sim supplies. Each clinician completes the AAP online module on their own time first; we run the in-person Megacode at your space.
We don't have a dedicated training room. What do you need?

Can you bill our department or practice directly?
Yes: for established organizations we invoice via Bill.com. Stripe for smaller jobs.
Cancellation for group bookings?
We ask for 7 days’ notice for a full refund (not 24 hours; we plan further out). See the cancellation policy.
We also offer on-site classes for dental offices needing BLS Provider for Nevada licensure, and workplaces, schools, daycares, and gyms needing Heartsaver First Aid CPR AED for OSHA compliance.
