About ACLS
The AHA’s ACLS Provider course for healthcare professionals who manage cardiac arrest, stroke, and peri-arrest emergencies. Two formats: full classroom (everything live in one session, no prework) or Heartcode blended (online module + 2-hour in-person skills + Megacode).
BLS expired? We bundle it free.
If your BLS Provider card is expired or about to expire, you can complete BLS during your ACLS class at no additional cost. Tell us at booking and we’ll add it to your slot. You walk out with both eCards.

Two ways to take it
Option 1: Full Classroom ACLS ($160, 4 hours in-person)
All content delivered live in a single in-person session. No online prework. We cover the algorithms and skills stations, then the Megacode scenario and assessment, all in one day. Best if your card has been expired several months, you prefer all content live with classmates, or your employer reimburses classroom-format only.
Option 2: Heartcode Blended ($100 in-person + AHA online module fee)
- Buy the AHA Heartcode ACLS online module from shopcpr.heart.org (currently around $200; confirm at checkout).
- Complete the online module on your own time. It takes 6–10 hours depending on your background. You can pause, replay, retake.
- Come in for the 2-hour in-person skills session. We run skills stations and a Megacode scenario.
- Pass, get the card.
Best for active renewals or when your schedule doesn’t fit a full classroom day.
Renewals
If your current ACLS is active or expired less than 30 days, Heartcode blended is usually the faster renewal path. The online module condenses cleanly if you’ve taken it before. If your card has been expired more than a few months, the full classroom format is the better choice.
